We are women of every age who raise money all year, with soup, baskets, golf, art and a wellness day, and give it back to the town we live in.
Our purpose is simple: give back where we live.
The Woman's Club of Dunnellon was founded in 1922, two years after American women won the vote. Our historic clubhouse on Cedar Street stands where a Catholic church once stood, and it is a stop on the Dunnellon Historical Trail.
Nobody needs experience, only an afternoon now and then and a liking for good company. Between events we meet over lunch, hear from local causes and plan the next one. Every woman is welcome here.

- Members run every event themselves, from ladling soup to keeping score at the golf scramble.

- Guest speakers at our luncheons bring local causes to the table, so members know where help is needed.
- Philanthropy
- What we raise goes back out to Dunnellon, one check at a time, handed over in person.

Who can become a member?
Any woman in the Dunnellon area who wants to give back, grow and meet people. No experience is needed, only a liking for community and service. Apply online and pay your dues in one go.
Do I have to be a member to help?
No. Volunteers are welcome at every event, from ladling soup to selling raffle tickets. Offer an afternoon and we will tell you what is coming up.
How much are the dues?
$60 to join ($50 dues plus $10 for your name tag) and $50 a year to renew. Renewals are due by May 1. Join or renew online.
Where does the money go?
To causes in and around Dunnellon: the Annie Johnson Services & Thrift Shop, Dunnellon Elementary School, CASA, the Citrus Abuse Shelter, Dunnellon Social Services, Michelle-O-Gram's mammogram program, Tomorrow's Equestrian Center and Female Veterans of Citrus County.
